1. Information on how to play Arundel Bingo forms part of these terms and conditions.
  2. The “Promoter” is Chin Hong Investments Corporation Pty Ltd As Trustee, trading as Arundel Plaza, ABN 59 734 586 305, Corner Napper Road and Daintree Drive, Arundel, Qld., 4214.
  3. This promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  4. Arundel Bingo will run from 22nd August, 2024, 9:00 AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) to 30th September, 2024, 10:00 AM (AEST).
  5. Collect your Bingo Stamp Card from any participating retailer or centre court.
  6. Each Bingo Stamp Card has been divided into five categories. To complete the Bingo Stamp Card, you will need to spend $20 or more (in a single transaction) at one of the participating retailers in the following categories: Hair & Beauty, Health & Wellbeing, Café’s & Restaurants, Fresh Food & Phones, Discount, Fashion & Gifts.
  7. Stamp your Bingo Stamp Card, attach your valid original receipts, and place it in the entry barrel in the centre court.
  8. Participants can enter as many times as they wish, but each entry must be accompanied by original purchase receipts attached to the Bingo Stamp Card. Each Bingo Stamp Card must be completed correctly. Any incomplete, illegible, or photocopied receipt/Bingo Stamp Card will be disqualified.
  9. The following are ineligible to enter: (i) employees of the Promoter, LJ Hooker Commercial Surfers Paradise, or any of the tenants or retailers from Arundel Plaza, or any of the Promoter’s agencies associated with the promotion; (ii) the spouse, defacto, parent, child, or sibling of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person whom the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions.
  10. Bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and charges, service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates, and phone bills), medical receipts, pharmacy receipts for scripts, rent, alcohol or tobacco, and gambling products are not accepted as part of this promotion.
  11. There is one major prize of $2000 in the form of gift vouchers from Arundel Plaza tenants, as selected/requested by the winner.
  12. The winning entry will be selected at random by an Arundel Plaza representative on Monday, 30th September, 2024, 10:00 AM (AEST).
  13. The winner of Arundel Bingo will be published on the Arundel Plaza Facebook and Instagram pages.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of the receipts and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits a receipt that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  15. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. The winner must present valid photo identification to claim their prize, e.g., Driver’s Licence, 18+ card.
  17. If, for any reason, the competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition.
  18. Each entrant’s personal information is collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote the competition. The personal information of winners may be provided to third parties who are assisting the Promoter, including prize suppliers and authorities that regulate competitions in Queensland.
  19. The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition are governed by the Privacy Policy on the Arundel Plaza website.
  20. All Bingo Stamp Cards become the property of Arundel Plaza.
